The Training Package

The Training Package includes:

• Pre-session questionnaire
• Half day, full day, or two day leadership training on the 7 Strategies to Inspired Leadership. Other elements of this program include seminars on Make Meetings Move, Plain Writing for Business, Speak With Confidence, and Basic Negotiations.
• Workbook is provided to participants
• Evaluation form
• Follow-up questionnaire for participants
• Follow-up meeting with client to determine additional scope of training
• Six months of coaching sessions through tele-seminars, webinars, and telephone coaching
